OUR SYRUP

At our farm, we take pride in tapping around 25,000 trees annually. We clean and inspect our line, tap each tree, and collect the sap that flows into our sugar shack. The sap is then cooked and filtered in our tanks to produce organic maple syrup with no additives or preservatives.

VANILLA BOURBON (Seasonal)

ORANGE BOURBON (Seasonal)

With a burst of citrusy orange and the richness of bourbon notes, our syrup delivers a taste experience like no other. The organic maple syrup is carefully infused with the essence of oranges and aged in oak barrels to enhance its complexity. 

The process of turning sap into maple syrup begins by drilling a tap hole into a maple tree and inserting a spout to direct the sap either into a bucket or tubing. The sap is stored and often put through a reverse osmosis machine that removes water before boiling in the evaporator tank. The boiling process evaporates water from the sap, thickening it and generating sweet maple-scented steam. When the thermometer in the pan reaches 219 degrees, the syrup is ready to draw off, but it still needs to be filtered, adjusted for density, and graded for flavor and color.
